Piedras Haseya ships via USPS (United States Postal Service) at current market rates.
Piedras Haseya is not responsible for any unanticipated in-transit delays or for any lost or stolen packages once an Order is shipped.
The risk of loss is passed onto the purchaser once an item is delivered to the shipping carrier. Piedras Hasera is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

NO RETURNS NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Think about ordering underwear, use it for a few days, and then return it because you didn't like how it feels. Once crystals are in some else's hands, they cannot be returned. Apologies for the inconvenience.
What if my bracelet/necklace/ earrings brake? NO REFUNDS. However, I can guarantee you to fix your piece and make it better. Please contact me right away describing how it broke and a picture of it. You can mail the beads back to me at your cost, I will add any additional material, and I can mail it back to you at our cost once it's fixed. Once it is received, we will contact you with additional details. Please allow 3-5 business days to fix it and 3-5 business days for shipping.
