Kendrick Home is a sister company to The Markket. Kendrick Home creates and produces handmade wooden signs out of Aspen and Walnut lumber from our own sawmill, Kendrick Forest Products. We are located in Edgewood, IA and proud to produce Iowa made products.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is a flat rate of $15.
Please allow for long shipping times due to high demand during the holiday season. All of our products are made to order and could take up to two weeks.
If you live in Iowa, you should expect your order to arrive in 2-3 days after the order is processed and completed. Shipments outside of Iowa, will be completed by USPS. You can expect your order to arrive in 3-5 days after the order is processed and completed.

Refund Policy
Once your return authorization is confirmed, you can send your package to us. Please allow 4 weeks for your refund. In most cases it will be received in less time. Allow 3-10 days for package to reach us, 3-5 days for package to be processed and refund made to your card, then 3-10 days for card company to process your refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you need to return an item, please please contact us within 14 days by email info@themarkket.com or calling 563-928-6432. All returns must be sent back within 30 days for full credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless you are returning a damaged item or an item shipped to you in error. Under those circumstances we will reimburse shipping or send a shipping label to you. You must pay for shipping charges to return a non damaged item.
ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED WHEN THEY ARE CLEARANCE/SALE ITEMS OR DISCOUNT USED IS 30% OR GREATER.
