Refund Policy
All items here at Okoboji Soap Company llc are handmade with the utmost care and we strive for the highest of quality. We’re proud of what we make, and we believe that once you try our products, you’ll fall in love with them too! We do our best to describe our products in detail so that you can feel secure in your purchase. We want our customers to be happy, so please don't hesitate to ask any questions you have before purchasing and we'll be glad to get back to you as soon as possible!
We do not issue refunds, but we do issue exchanges or store credit due to mistakes on our part. Any items needing to be returned to us, such as bow ties are done so at the customers expense unless otherwise stated by OSC.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exchange Policy:
We have a 3-day exchange & store credit policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request store credit or exchange your incorrect or damaged product. Any items needing to be returned to us are done so at the customer's expense.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. OSC reserves the right to request additional photos of the product or packaging to compare to that received by our shipping service.
