Laser Sharks Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy

At Laser Sharks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes plans change or products don’t meet expectations, so we’ve designed our cancellation, return, and exchange policies to be as clear and convenient as possible. Order Cancellations - Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped. After 24 hours, the order may already be in production or shipping, and we may not be able to cancel it. How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact us at lasersharks.us@gmail.com with your order number. Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun. Returns Eligibility: You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging. -All orders go through a pre-shipping inspection, completed with photographs. Any returned items will be compared to the pre-shipping inspection photos. Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Return Process:  To initiate a return, please contact us at lasersharks.us@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with return shipping instructions. Exchanges Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange for an exchange. How to Request an Exchange: Contact us at lasersharks.us@gmail.com with a description and photos of the damage or defect, and we will assist you with the exchange process. Refunds - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. - If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. Return Shipping Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Lost Returns: Laser Sharks is not responsible for returned items lost during transit.
