Shipping Policy
We aim to ship items within 3 days of order if on hand, and items will arrive at the rate of shipping selected.
Custom orders depend upon materials on hand. Most require one week in production. I will contact you if creation requires additional time prior to shipping.
Refund Policy
In general, we do not offer refunds outside of a mechanical product defect, but please contact us if you have any issue with our items, and we will find a way to make it right.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
