Beef Marrow Bones are cut from the lower leg or shank of the beef. Marrow has rich, thick, butter like-consistency and is valued for its nutrient-rich properties. Comes one bone per package. Choose between whole or split/canoe cut. All bones are from our Angus cows. Grass-finished bones will be available June 2023.
Shipping Policy
Free local pick-up options for Ames and Des Moines Farmers Markets on Saturdays May - October. Shipping time varies depending on your location and date of order. Unless otherwise communicated, items will ship between 2-7 days. You'll receive an email and tracking number when your box is shipped. Make sure to coordinate to get your meat in the freezer ASAP after drop-off. With product moving quickly, some of your preferences may be out of stock before your shipping date. Farm Story will substitute any out of stock items with the closest equivalent cut and refund any difference.
