Return policy

Store Credit for Returns will be given up to 14 days for all Online Purchases – Must have receipt for proof of purchase.
All unworn/unaltered merchandise may gladly be exchanged for a store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Sale items, jewelry, sunglasses, belts, or gift certificates are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
All merchandise must be returned in their original unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition. Original tags MUST be attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox and in the condition they were received. Merchandise returned with make up marks, stains, or any fowl odors WILL NOT receive store credit and will be returned to customer.
Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and the shipping charges applied to your card.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact customer service within 3 days of receiving items.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURN

Before making a return, please refer to the return policy to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
Complete the return form shipped with your package and include it with your returned items along with original receipt.
Once your package is received, please allow 10 business days for return processing. Once return is processed you will be notified by email your store credit amount.

EXCHANGES

While we do provide a return/exchange form in our shipments, due to limited quantity of inventory, we cannot guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or item, you will need to contact us immediately so we can try and pull the item or size (if available) which you wish to exchange.
