Need to tone down the caffeine but don’t want to sacrifice flavor? COOL IT, YO – You can do that! This Colombia Excelso coffee is taken through the natural Ethyl Acetate (EA) decaffeination process, producing a caffeine-free but flavorful cup of coffee.

Shipping Policy

We roast coffee fresh for all orders two days a week: Monday & Thursday - Orders received prior to these days will be roasted on those days and ship out either that day or the day following (Tuesday or Friday). The typical order-to-delivery timeframe is usually about 4-5 days.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, send an email to sales@rossstreetroasting.com to initiate the refund process.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns Perishable goods cannot be returned. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@rossstreetroasting.com and return your item. Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: 202 Harmon St Tama, Iowa 52339 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
