Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

All personalized orders are processed within 10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or custom orders for items to be personalized have to be placed, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a REFUND, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Due to the nature of our personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, cannot be returned or exchanged

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We appreciate your business and will gladly accept returns and exchanges on non personalized items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, all returns must be shipped back to our shop within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, cannot be returned or exchanged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and loss of value of the item if not returned in original condition.
