Shipping Policy

Should there be a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll do what we can to make it right. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the original packing and same condition that you received it. Sales on commissioned and personalized items are final.

We appreciate your business and will gladly accept returns and exchanges on stock items only. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and must be returned to us within 15 days of delivery.
