Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:- Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- All original packaging, including tags, must be intact.
- Certain items, such as "personalized products," "clearance items," or "gift cards", are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
- Free Returns: We offer free returns for items that are defective or if we made a mistake with your order.
- Customer-Paid Returns: In the case of a return for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, sizing issue), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
