Refund Policy

NO RETURNS NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Think about ordering underwear, use it for a few days, and then return it because you didn't like how it feels. Once crystals are in some else's hands, they cannot be returned. Apologies for the inconvenience. What if my bracelet/necklace/ earrings brake?  NO REFUNDS. However, I can guarantee you to fix your piece and make it better. Please contact me right away describing how it broke and a picture of it. You can mail the beads back to me at your cost, I will add any additional material, and I can mail it back to you at our cost once it's fixed. Once it is received, we will contact you with additional details.  Please allow 3-5 business days to fix it and 3-5 business days for shipping. You can always contact us for any damage question at piedrashaseya@gmail.com.   Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
