Holiday Shipping:

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. This policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Personal Care Products: All personal care products are non-refundable.
- Food and Alcohol: All food and alcohol items are non-refundable.
Refundable Items (Exception):
- Candles: Candles may be returned for a refund under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.
- The candle must be in its original, unused condition.
Return Shipping:
- For approved candle returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Process for Candle Returns:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your candle to initiate a return request.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the candle back to us at your expense.
- Once we receive the returned candle and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy
Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns:
- Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding returns and refunds. In short, due to the nature of our products, we generally do not offer returns except for candles under specific conditions (see below).
Exchanges:
- We generally do not offer exchanges on any items, with the exception of candles.
Candle Exchanges:
- Candles can be exchanged under the following conditions:
- The exchange request must be made within 5 days of receiving the original candle
- The candle must be in its original, unused condition.
- The customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost of the original candle and the shipping cost of the new candle being sent in exchange.
Process for Candle Exchanges:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your candle to initiate an exchange request.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the original candle back to us at your expense.
- Once we receive the returned candle and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and send the new candle to you. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for the new candle before it is shipped.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- All items other than candles are not eligible for exchange.
