Shipping Policy

We ship using USPS for most orders, though we have and may use UPS at times. We will typically ship out in 2-3 days from your order date! If you selected the local pick-up option, you should have received an email to confirm and determine schedule. If you have not, please reply from your order confirmation to set up a time (and save money on shipping!) We DO NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska or any other non-contiguous part of the USA.

Refund Policy

We do not accept refunds unless there’s a physical issue with the product as a result of mfg. defects or shipping. I inspect every order, but sometimes something happens - just let us know and we'll do the right thing.  The cost to a small business of handling returns both on a financial and scheduling / time basis is substantial. That’s not to say we won’t ever - we want you to be happy with the product, so if there is an issue, just let us know! We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a physical issue with the product (or we screwed up - it happens sometimes ;) The cost to a small business of handling returns both on a financial and scheduling / time basis is substantial, and more than our tiny business can manage. Additionally, we put a lot of time, effort and expertise into making our flipbins - quality is important to us and we stand behind that! That’s not to say we won’t ever - we want you to be happy with the product, so if there is an issue, just let us know! We’re a team of 1.5 and we want you to love our cool little record holders, but there's only so much we can do as such a small business.
