Our laying hens are free range, without added hormones, and antibiotic free. Raised on a family farm in Hubbard, Iowa, these birds roam the farm in the fresh air during the day and roost at night. The eggs are brown tints and may slightly different shapes based on the age of the hens and very vibrant yolks. The prize is per dozen and we have about 15 dozen available per week.
Shipping Policy
Free local pick-up options for Ames and Des Moines Farmers Markets on Saturdays May - October. Shipping time varies depending on your location and date of order. Unless otherwise communicated, items will ship between 2-7 days. You'll receive an email and tracking number when your box is shipped. Make sure to coordinate to get your meat in the freezer ASAP after drop-off. With product moving quickly, some of your preferences may be out of stock before your shipping date. Farm Story will substitute any out of stock items with the closest equivalent cut and refund any difference.
