A lot of love and patience is put into these adorable gnomes so please be careful with them. They are meant to be shelf sitters although they do enjoy a gentle hug every now and then. They are not designed to withstand daily love from children or pets. His nose and other small parts can pose a choking hazard so be careful with him and treat him with love and tenderness.

Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds or accept returns. If your item was faulty due to issues caused during the creation process please contact Staci Jasper Designs within 24 hours with a picture of the damage or error. Upon approval a replacement or refund may be issued.

Refunds will not be  issued for bargain or sale items.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

For hygienic reasons and for your protection, returns and/or exchanges on earrings or hair accessories will not be accepted.

Cancellations will only be excepted if the item has not been assigned a tracking number.
