Description

One of my FAVE classic styles is the Gizmo! This fall mustard color is a great staple in your wardrobe. Handmade with polymer clay, these sit on gold-plated posts and hang approximately 2.25″.

This classic style is named after Gizmo, my late pup. While typically I name core styles after rescued pups, this one I had to name in honor of him. Shipping Policy

Once I receive your order, I'm excited to get it fulfilled! All earrings listed in the shop are ready to ship, unless the item is labeled pre-order. Orders will be shipped within 72 hours after payment is received Monday-Friday. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Mae Ann Creations is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping or in cases where USPS staff loses/misplaces your package.
  • Expected delivery dates are just that- when the USPS system expects that your shipment will arrive.
  • Once the item is shipped by Mae Ann Creations, unfortunately we are unable to control or assist in the process of of delivery. Any information that is on the USPS tracking website is what we are able to see with regards to the status. If your order says delivered but you don't have your Mae Ann Creations item...first, we suggest you contact your local post office to see if they have any insight. If that doesn't work, we find that submitting a lost package claim through the carrier's website. If you can't track down the package within 5 days, please contact us for the next steps!

Refund Policy

I take great pride in what I create and want nothing more than for you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We do accept returns, but there are some requirements.
  • You may return products that are unworn and unaltered for shop credit within 7 days of receiving your item (based on the USPS tracking number).
  • Email maeanncreations@gmail.com within that time frame AND include the order number in your email.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to Mae Ann Creations.
  • All items must be received in original condition as sent out to receive credit.
  • Once we receive your return, you will be contacted within 7 business days. All items will be inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued.
  • Shop credit for the return will be for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping and/or delivery costs will not be refunded, reimbursed or part of the store credit.
  • Please note, all custom, pre-orders and sale items are final. Returns are no accepted for these items.
