We do not issue refunds, but we do issue exchanges or store credit due to mistakes on our part. Any items needing to be returned to us, such as bow ties are done so at the customers expense unless otherwise stated by OSC. Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Exchange Policy: We have a 3-day exchange & store credit policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request store credit or exchange your incorrect or damaged product. Any items needing to be returned to us are done so at the customer's expense. Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
