One per cow, our hanger steak have a nice amount of marbling, which means there’s a decent amount of fat to provide rich flavor and make the steak juicy and tender.
One boneless Angus steak per package, select the total package weight range below. If you are not familiar with how to prepare hanger steak, we recommend looking it up, there are a few steps (membrane removal) that are encouraged to get the most out of your steak.
Shipping Policy
Free local pick-up options for Ames and Des Moines Farmers Markets on Saturdays May - October. Shipping time varies depending on your location and date of order. Unless otherwise communicated, items will ship between 2-7 days. You'll receive an email and tracking number when your box is shipped. Make sure to coordinate to get your meat in the freezer ASAP after drop-off. With product moving quickly, some of your preferences may be out of stock before your shipping date. Farm Story will substitute any out of stock items with the closest equivalent cut and refund any difference.
