Shipping Policy
At Impact Coffee, we strive to provide our customers with the best products and service possible. This shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of our coffee and related products.
**Shipping Locations:**
We currently only ship within the United States.
**Processing Time:**
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. We roast on Tuesday & Thursday each week. Orders will be shipped on those days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen delays by the carrier.
**Shipping Rates:**
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50.
**Order Tracking:**
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
**Lost or Damaged Packages:**
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
**Returns and Exchanges:**

Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@impactcoffee.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 101 W. Water St. Decorah, IA 52101.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
