Our Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on ensuring our products are made and packaged with the utmost care, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. At K9 Comfort Downtown, we offer a 30 day return policy to our customers.  If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in in order to be eligible for the return.  It must be sealed, unopened and returned within the 30 day window from date of purchase.  Please email us at k9comfortoffice@yahoo.com with the subject line RETURN and we’ll be sure to keep you satisfied. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 32824 216th St Bellevue Iowa US 52031 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  

Our Shipping Guarantee

We understand you want your product quickly and we are going to do just that for you!  Our products are in stock and ready to ship, with 1–2-day processing time.  You will receive a tracking number as soon as the label is printed, you are able to track for your quick arrival date.  Orders go out every day, excluding Sunday & Holidays.
