Shipping Policy

At Jumpy Monkey Coffee, we make every effort to pack and ship all orders (for in-stock items) within 1-3 business days of orders being placed through www.jumpymonkey.com. Orders placed after 2 PM CST on Thursdays will not ship until the following Monday when roasting resumes for the week. Our business hours of operation are 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (CST) Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays.
For orders shipped using Standard Shipping*, please allow 3-5 business days for Standard Delivery once your order has shipped from our facility and been processed by the carrier. Orders may arrive sooner than the Standard Delivery date range (indicated above) and tracking information will be sent via email after packaging and processing at our business is complete. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking link to become active. Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include processing and handling times.
All expedited shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. UPS, SpeeDee and USPS do not guarantee delivery transit times due to unforeseen factors, including severe weather conditions and Jumpy Monkey Coffee is not responsible. All shipping charges are included on the buyer’s invoice and are available to view prior to completing a purchase on https://www.jumpymonkey.com
Please note, Shipping Fees for Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands and Puerto Rico will be calculated based on weight and carrier options can be selected by the customer at checkout.
Refund Policy
Here at Jumpy Monkey® Coffee Roasting Company, we sincerely appreciate your business and want our customers to be completely satisfied. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact us by email at info1@jumpymonkey.com or call 712-943-3026 within 14 days from date of purchase. Refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. All exchanges are at the discretion of our staff at Jumpy Monkey.
If quality is a factor we might ask you to ship the coffee back so we are able to examine the coffee ourselves for future quality adjustments. We strive to provide a great product and even better customer service. If your coffee is deemed unsatisfactory by our staff we will provide you with another bag of the same item or a full refund.
You will receive a refund or exchange for our product damaged by shipping company, if you keep the box and assist with the shipping company's damaged product requirements.
Items not eligible for return include any Jumpy Monkey product purchased through a third party, any product received as a "trial" or promotional item, and item where any amount of the purchase price has been paid by or through a third party. For Jumpy Monkey products purchased through third parties, please consult that seller's return policy.
