However, in the event that it doesn’t put a big smile on your face, and you want to return or exchange it for another item, please email us at shopoakandcanvas@gmail.com for further information and instructions. If you do not contact us and wait for instructions before trying to return your item, we may not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

In general, we will return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days from the date it was shipped to you. Any returned item must be unused, with the tags still attached and in the same condition as it was when you received it. You must also provide the original packing slip/invoice. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet our stated conditions. If approved, your original method of payment will be credited or an appropriate exchange of equal value will be offered. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. All sale items are final.
