Shipping Policy
Orders cannot be changed or modified after checkout.
Items may be returned for store credit or exchange only for 14 days from fulfillment date with a $5.00 restocking fee. On the 15th day the item will be non-returnable!
All items returned MUST still have tags still attached, no exceptions. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that appear worn or that have stains, pet hair, smell of smoke, perfume or any other odor will not qualify for a return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and the return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer!
All SALE items as well as "Holiday/Seasonal" items, ANY bodysuit, all accessories and any items where a 25% and above discount are offered are SALE FINAL! Absolutely NO exceptions!
Your store credit will be e-mailed to you once we receive the item for the amount paid for the product minus shipping and handling charges! Please allow us up to 7 business days from when we receive your item.
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure you correctly enter your desired shipping address. We are not responsible if a package is shipping back to us/lost due to incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to ship orders out ASAP, if you realize you made a mistake on your shipping address, please email us at: lucymaeboutiqueia@gmail.com.
ATTENTION AGAIN: If you mail us back your items after the 14 allotted postmark date, you will not receive store credit and will be responsible to pay for the shipping for the item back to you.
