Once items are in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available if contact happens within 7 days. Product must be shipped back to Iron Leaf Press at buyer's expense. Custom orders are not refundable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges can be done within 7 days of order placement. Cancellations must be done immediately after order. Most of our items ship or go into production immediately.
