All non-custom orders will be considered for a refund minus the shipping charges. As each item is hand created by me there will be slight variations from the pictures and from piece to piece. These are not considered defects and add to the charm and individuality of your items. At times the letters will not line up perfectly straight or entirely. This is not an imperfection but part of the piece's uniqueness. I will not send out an item that I would not wear myself.
