Please refer to size chart on the listing photos in every listing for a detailed sizing chart with measurements. Our shirts are made to order specially for you. Because of this reason we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
**Care Instructions:
For the best and lasting results:
Turn inside out. Machine wash on cold. Do not bleach. Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry.
Do not iron directly onto design. Cool iron if necessary, using a buffer to protect the design, such as a pillow case.
Colors of the text & design and/or color of the shirts/sweatshirts can vary a little from the photo shown, due to lighting, printing, and/or computer/phone screens.
If you’d like to see the design before the package is sent please ask for a draft in a direct message. I’ll only provide a draft if there are concerns about your personalization.
If the Buyer doesn’t respond to the messages after 24hours, the package will be sent as is.
**Shipping Process:
* Your order will be ready to ship in 3-5 business days.
* First Class Mail: 2-5 business days.
* Priority Mail: 2-3 business days.
Please TRIPLE check your address. Please make sure that your saved address on Etsy is your current address because we will ship your order by default to your saved address. We are not responsible for items going to the wrong address.
*If you entered the wrong address, please contact us right away. Addresses cannot be changed once the order is shipped.
