Any items needing to be returned to us, such as bow ties are done so at the customers expense unless otherwise stated by OSC. Exchange Policy: We have a 3-day exchange & store credit policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request store credit or exchange your incorrect or damaged product. Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
