Niobium is a pure metal, dark gray in color. It does not tarnish or corrode, and it does not contain any nickel, and will not cause or irritate a nickel allergy. You will be able to wear it all day, every day, with no discomfort.

I do all of my own anodizing in-house on my own equipment. No dyes or additional coatings are used in this process. Anodized niobium is not plated or dyed with any additional metals. It is still pure niobium all the way through. The colors achieved by anodizing are not flat, but shift a bit according to how the light hits your jewelry.

I make each item by hand, with care, using entirely nickel-free materials. Your jewelry should never cause you pain, or irritate your skin. If you continue to irritate your nickel allergy, your allergic reactions will become more severe over time.
