This shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of our coffee and related products. **Shipping Locations:** We currently only ship within the United States. **Processing Time:** Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. We roast on Tuesday & Thursday each week. Orders will be shipped on those days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen delays by the carrier. **Shipping Rates:** Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50. **Order Tracking:** Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website. **Lost or Damaged Packages:** If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
