How to use

Shake before using. Hold the spray bottle at least 7″ away before spraying to ensure a wide misting. Keep away from children and pets. Intended for external use only, do not drink. Store away from direct sunlight.

Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME:
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping can vary. In most circumstances, orders be shipped out within 2-4 business days.
Due to weekend delays and the nature of candles, orders will only be shipped out on Monday- Friday.
SHIPPING TIMES:
North America: 5-7 business days after 2-4 business day processing time.
 
*IMPORTANT*- In the warmer months (June-September) we ONLY ship out on Monday-Wednesday. This is to ensure your candles do not sit in a hot truck or warehouse over the weekend and melt your candles.
We try our best to meet these shipping estimates, but they cannot be guaranteed. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:
If you are purchasing from outside of the United States, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We will, however, replace or refund products that were damaged during shipping from www.chillbabecandleco.com. We can only replace or refund broken items if photographic proof of damage and receipt are submitted to info@chillbabecandleco.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Any unused item that is older than 14 days from the date of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

All sale, gift cards, and digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do you want to cancel an order you've already made? Please email us within 24 hours of your order time. Keep in mind that cancellation is not guaranteed if the package has already left our facility and is in the hands of the mail carrier.
