OLD WORLD TRADITIONS; In 1817, an ancestor of the Stam family ran a small bakery just north of Amsterdam, Holland where they honed their craft and developed a reputation for exceptional pastries and chocolates. Over the generations, we’ve carried on those time-honored traditions of quality, using only the finest ingredients to handcraft each of our decadent confections with the same passion and expertise.
